"A FAVORITE!" I'm currently dining at Mei Wei Asian Bistro, near downtown Huntsville, Alabama. This restaurant and the particular meal that I've chosen again today have long been a favorite choice of mine here. My meal today is the "Thai Coconut Curry" with beef and white rice. EXCELLENT! And, I chose the RED ... version---which is rather hot (to very hot for some)---versus the GREEN (or mild). For the beef version, they use flank steak, and the way they prepare it makes it just MELT IN YOUR MOUTH as you are eating it. Furthermore, the sauce that the meat is in is a wonderful blend of seasonings. My compliments to this establishment for consistently providing a terrific dining experience. Super yet again! 👍 👍 G.
